P-S Labor Consultation Details

As with the P-1B, there are no special forwarding procedures and petitioners may not use prior labor consultation letters.
Note that the consultation requirement is waived for certain positions that have no direct input into the creative aspects of a production or performance, and also in cases where there is no appropriate union, as with interpreters, music librarians and even artistic administrators. but it is best first to check with the unions to verify that they do not “cover” a particular position.
